Works great for adhering fondant.
I used this white decorating gel to help fondant decor adhere to crusted buttercream on a cake. It worked perfectly for that purpose. It was not a solid white, but more of a translucent white. If I needed it for writing purposes, I'm not sure if it would be the best choice, but it worked perfectly for my needs and I definitely would buy it again!
