we like to use Hellman's for their vintage recipes. makes a good coating for a chicken before you dip it in breading to fry. it works better than butter on the outside of bread when you're making grilled cheese. and there are several vintage cake recipes that we use repeatedly because they just can't be beat

The ONLY mayo I use, buy or want. This has been my favored choice since childhood and no other will do. Having said that, I did notice when they changed it, but the change is not off-putting. `Overall, still giving it high marks even though the price has gone up and up and up.

I have made several recipes, I've tried several recipes, all have not been with Hellmann's, some with miracle, whip, others. with different name brands other than Hellmann's none of them compare, but that's my opinion. To me, Hellman is the best!

The only brand of mayo I'll ever buy. Unfortunately, the 2 jars of mayo were shipped/packaged on their side with no protection. The box arrived with greasy corners; the mayo had separated and oil leaked out of both jars. The seals were still intact.

i have used Hellmanns in many years.wow was i pleasantly surprised. It was like an old friend that had been missing in my life for a long time. The taste is non greasy, creamy not overly tart. it really ramps up the taste of everything i used it with. I will be buying again and again. My only draw back was for not trying it again sooner.

I've always purchased this brand of mayonnaise for decades now but will no longer do so. The container has an ugly blue/green tint to it since they've made changes to it and it's very unappetizing to look at. At first I thought it was the mayonnaise itself and threw it out in spite of the expiration date being far off. It looks like it's spoiled and then I realized it was every bottle I bought. Not a word about this from the company! What an idiotic move to make mayonnaise appear off color, a sickly blue gray when it should be pure white! Dumb dumb dumb

I don’t know what happened to you Helmanns real mayonnaise but the consistency is like thin and comes out the container like watered down mayonnaise. I am throwing away this bottle and will now my Hellmanns products any longer. Must be cost cutting. You just lost a life long customer.

The product, Hellmann's Mayonnaise, is my favorite. The problem is the seller and his packaging. I have bought it 3 times, and it has been the same each time, being that it is improperly protected inside the box, so the plastic jars are loose and bounce around so much during shipping that the lids come loose and mayonnaise explodes out of the jars. The last order was so bad that the box came soaked in oily mayo inside and out. I don't like giving bad reviews.

I have grown up on Hellmann's mayonnaise, living in Illinois. Moving to California I was overjoyed to find Hellmann's mayonnaise being sold here. Then to find this awesome price was amazing. However, upon receiving the jar of mayonnaise, for some reason it had leaked out of the jar. Therefore, not taking any chances, to my disappointment, I had to throw it away.
