Mind the new caps!
I buy these often, they're good to buy in a pinch if you're a bit low on money. However, due to shrinkflation, the caps have changed. These travel bottles used to have flip caps (just like the normal-sized bottles), now they're screw-on/off caps. Quite an annoying change, they're not easy to unscrew with wet hands in the shower! I took the flip cap from an empty bottle and just move that onto new ones now.

TRAVEL SIZE not Regular Bottle Size
These are small, travel size shampoos. I was shocked to see what I had bought. Make it clear in your advertisement that this is a travel size shampoo and not a regular bottle. I was very disappointed.

Its makes u think its a large bottle cause it says $7.97 reg. marked $1.97. But its the 3 to 4 ounce trial bottle only 2 to 3 uses only. its the original scent that smells great but rip off price.. So i purchased the large bottle . Just trying to save u money. Thank you

Double check the substitutes
I didn't want this. It was a substitute from what I had ordered. And I had an allergic reaction to it. I will be more proactive to substitutions in the future

this conditioner is disgusting. if you have fine hair it would be like putting crisco on it. if you have very dry, coarse and thick hair a small amount might work for you. otherwise avoid this conditioner like the plague
