now I am a supporter and proud owner of hyper tough products. quite a few to be exact but this one let me down. I cut through one one thick walled piece of aluminum pipe and there was nothing left to this blade

Poor quality trash
I purchased these metal-cutting discs a while ago and just had an opportunity to use them today. I needed to cut a rusted steel 55-gallon drum into quarters lengthwise. I got around 1/2 way through the first cut, and the disc was completely worn down to the spindle. I finished the job using a sawzall with a metal cutting blade. Spend a little more and get something better than this garbage.
