it says in the description of this plug-in night light, that it's white light. It is not white light, this lights up red. I wouldn't consider it a night light because it's only a red light and it doesn't light up any area and that's what I wanted was something to light up a corner at night.

Night lights are not generally red. This one is red but it doesn't say that in the description. 3 stars for lying. False advertising. I really loathe that. Otherwise the outlets are great and it's got a nicer small footprint. But I had to plug in the light I thought I was replacing which defeats the entire purpose.

Good quality but it's definitely not ALSO a night light! The integrated light strip is dark red, only practical purpose seems to be showing which wall outlet it's inserted into. On the plus side an actual night light can be used and still have space for two more '2-prong' electrical items. I ended up using 3 night lights with this item as a low energy solution for our dark windowless 1st floor powder room. It was so dark in there that my family kept leaving the regular overhead light on all day.

This just doesn't work as a nightlight But it is a good Multiple outlet. It is a little loose in plugging it into the wall, and it's handy in the kitchen.

The night light is RED not what I expected it does not give off much light, I should have looked at the other reviews first and seen the photos I was looking for a normal white night light

Ok. Just as others have said the color of the light is wrong. It is red and you cannot see anything with red light but that is not my biggest gripe. My largest gripe is....it will NOT stay in the wall. It does have a grounding plug that floats around and it will just fall straight out of your socket.

This item didn't work when I plugged it in. Reset both switches without favorable results. Returning this item for a replacement. This company makes good products, so this item was an exception.

It was a waste of money because who wants a red light as their night like im not tryna set the mood but not have to use my main light source at night in my bathroom.

Ordered night light for safe rest/room at night. Received red light. Those are usually used for marking exits during emergencies. Red light gives no assistance with nighttime visibility. I should have returned it.
