i was actually given these as a gift & didn't think i needed them until i actually used them & omg.. they are fantastic!! i put them in the fridge for a few hours to keep them cool & i put them on when my nips are feeling sore & leave them on for a few hours & when i take them off they feel nice & refreshed!

These are such a savior in those first few weeks when your body is just kind of adjusting to breast-feeding. Let's be honest it can be very tender. These are such a great option especially because there is no need to stick them in the freezer or anything you can just have your purse or a diaper bag !

I was gifted these by another mom and loved them for in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey when I'd have sore nipples often. They are very soothing.

When I needed these and didn't have them, I would make the effort and immediately replace them. Once the latch was perfected, I still made sure to keep a box on hand, just in case. And they didn't deter my kids. I found that some methods of soothing my nipples, left a scent or residue that made it absolutely necessary to schedule time between before feedings to cleanse myself thoroughly. With the gel pads I could just like, rinse with warm water and there was no residue

I would like for more to come in a pack but they do soothe the breast.

It sticks to your skin not sure how that is suppose to be soothing when your skin is tender.
