I have been colouring my hair for years however it has been increasingly difficult to cover my grey without the colour washing out quickly. I tried them all and this one lasted 4.5 weeks which is almost 2 weeks longer than the others! I will always buy this brand from now on!

Loreal is the only hair dye product I will buy . Always happy with the results. Highly recommend.

They give you everything you need to color your hair, but they have lessened the amount of developer included, but it seems to be enough since I have long hair and have enough to do the job. I have been using L'Oreal Superior Preference and Excellence Creme for more than 45 years and have never had any problems with their products.

I love l'Oreal colours, they cover all my grey hair and never damage my hair. They are extremely easy to use and on my hair gets exactly the colour that I want. At time I found them a bit liquid so be carefully when you put on your head.

I use the dark blonde #7 and the medium blonde #8 together. I use half from each mixed together. I like the brand and have used it for years and didn't really want to change since I don't know what colour I would get whereas using this one I know. The bad thing about it is it fades quite badly which I have always been unhappy about even when using the conditioner they provide. The first 2 weeks it's good but after that I would say the color goes to a light blonde which isnt the colour for me even while using a high end shampoo from the salon designed for coloured hair.

I only got a single bottle of L'Oréal of Paris golden blonde hair color It was a 3 pack I ordered please fix this

I purchased this product by mistake instead of the usual L'Oreal Excellence product. I thought L'Oreal had just changed the package image/colour/design and renamed the product because I couldn't see any availability of the Excellence product which I usually buy. Packaging Redesigns happen all too frequently for many haircolour, shampoo and toothpaste items. This makes it difficult to recognize what you are looking for on the store shelves or websites. I cannot recommend this Preference product at all. In fairness to L'Oreal I can endorse their Excellence product which I have been using for many years. I found this Preference product had an almost toxic overpowering olfactory impact profile and failed to maintain lasting colour coverage.

This is the second time I have used this in the past 6 months. I have used this hair color in Dark Blonde many times. I have a pink tint to my hair! I also noticed this when i used it 6 months ago. My natural hair color is very light blonde with very little gray. This has not happened before 6 mths to 1 year ago. I use this hair dye regular about every 6 months. I will NEVER use it again! I AM NOT PLEASED! I DO NOT want pink hair!

I just purchased a box of champagne blonde, and now I'm afraid to use it after reading all of the reviews. I have lightened my hair and I was going to try and get rid of the brassy tones, but the reviews say that the colors have gold or red tones now + I don't want to damage my hair like the reviews say it does now.
