The rice has really good flavor. It is so simple to make, just 90 seconds in the microwave. We eat it with our chicken fajita bowls (cut up chicken, grilled sliced sweet peppers and jalapeños (onions), black beans (rinsed), chopped avocado and lime rice) then you can squeeze lime over the top of your bowl. The lime rice tastes great with Mexican food. I wish there was a lower sodium option for this rice but my whole family loves the flavor.

I usually heat mine for an extra 10-20 sec. if needed but I've been in love with/this flavor rice. Great for tacos %26 more we make yum bowls %26 put all kinds of veggies and different stuff together with this flavor of rice. It helps when you're in a pinch and don't have 20min to wait to simmer rice. Kids love it, it's not spicy at all. I wish it was in a bigger size bag 🙂

My girlfriend showed me this rice and I have loved it ever since. It's absolutely delicious. I mix it with canned tuna and add a little extra lime juice and a little mayo and it taste amazing. This is now something I always have in my pantry. I also mix it into a burrito bowl. It's fast and easy to make. Especially for those who may not know how to cook or if you're tired after a long day at work and don't feel like cooking and cleaning after. So fun fact : I hate sea food cause I can't stand that fishy taste but for some reason I enjoy canned tuna. My girlfriend showed me that if you add a little lime it takes away some if not most of that fishy taste. So now I add a little to my tuna every time I make it. Give it a try if you're interested.

This Mahatma Ready to Heat Rice makes a great meal for me. The rice cooks in 70 seconds and I'll put coconut milk for added taste... And add my cooked chicken. Great Quick Meal. Cooking in the Bag is so Simple. Easy preparation, just tear a slit in the package. Slight loss of texture comparing to "freshly made rice" of course, but still has it's place. Will buy all the flavors.

I love this rice- specifically that I can heat it quickly in the microwave. It is delicious and an easy addition to a weeknight taco dinner.

this is a very "clean" rice. it didn't have a chemical aftertaste like somos rice had. it tastes fresh and is very pleasing. the couldn't like flavor is not overwhelming. it is subtle to me. I really enjoy this and buy it reasonably frequently

I add at the end to my organic hamburger dishes with diced organic frozen cauliflower sautéed in butter, jar of salsa, can of Pinto %26 black bean. Just heat this rice in Microwave and stir into 5 ingredients dish.

A fine quick microwave delight for which seasoned and topped appropriately,have you feeling like you're in an exotic home that feels unlike your own……The aroma of fine lime cilantro moments away will have anybody nearby believing too!!!

I thought it tasted like fruit loops but served it to my family anyways. One bite in they all stop and ask me why the rice tastes like fruit loops. I don't prefer that my rice tastes like that. Very sweet.

made it exactly as directions say to, came out dry, old tasting, smell of an old lime, cilantro smell wasnt there but it the rice was a light green color to it. it cooked fast is only good thing but NO dont waste your money buying this product. YUCK!!
