The cup came in a dark gray and even after washing it a couple of times in the dishwasher the color stays the same. It is made of hard plastic and looks like presented online.

there's a large flaw in online ordering
I loved being able to order it online and get it efficiently but they missed two towels are supposed to receive and this was Christmas so I'm sure they're not going to reimburse me for it or let me come in and get two more towels they shorted me two towels.
