(3 pack) McCormick Shawarma Pita & Garlic Sauce Seasoning & Sauce Duo, 1.37 oz Packet

i thought this was delicious! i made the garlic sauce with plain greek yogurt the night before, and i think letting the spices sit and marinate helped. i also cleaned and chopped my chicken thighs and put 1/4 of the seasoning on it, pan seared in olive oil and then added about 1/4 cup of water and the rest of the packet and let it cook until the water was gone. 4 different veggie toppings, garlic rubbed pita. you could probably also make some kind of salad variations with the sauce and pita chips for croutons. i wanted to comment bc this has low ratings but it was so easy and good i don't want it to disappear :o

This revived my interest in cooking again! After eating bland things chicken and broccoli Mexican or Italian food for a year I felt reborn after trying this. There are no decent Greek /Indian food places here and this mix makes a better schwarma than anything I've had. Sadly I can't find it now

I was in heaven when I found these packets. There are no middle eastern & very few Greek restaurants here . Getting a more authentic taste from meat I cook is awesome. Sadly no stores are carrying it here now :(

Hello there I'm always so excited to see new products come to the store and I just happened to see them McCormick's shawarma pita garlic sauce so I like why not I'm going to give this a try well I just made it today and the yogurt sauce way too salty and then go back a little bit The packaging I would think that they would be like two separate packages in there which there was but when I cut the top off there was both exposed so made it really hard for me to dump the yogurt seasoning into a bowl without trying to keep the other one from falling out too so that was difficult and the meat seasoning was just a little bit too strong and that's what I want to let you know Thank you

Package says to cut open pouch 1 and mix with Greek yogurt, but contents of both pouches were combined with 1. Hoping that it still works w/cooking the sauce in the chicken after it's no longer pink.

The seasoning packages weren't separated or maybe one of them was empty but both I received had everything mixed together. It looked like they were supposed to be separated with a listless sheet inside but it didn't work.

Like several other reviews both of the seasonings came mixed together. The packages were not separated like advertised. I wasted the seasoning packets and a tub of Greek yogurt.

The flavor is good, but one of my packs the sauce seasoning part was empty.. I had to use the second pack to make my garlic sauce.
