I give it a five because it works for me and anyone that has to take it I suggest that because you don't have that aftertaste of the omega-3 fish oil but this works for me fabulously I love it

I have such a hard time locating the mega red 4 in 1 that when I saw it on walmart I jumped at the chance. I have been taking this for little over a month now and I have noticed it has helped immensely with my systolic pressure since I am in the pre-hypertension range and trying to stay off blood pressure medication. I'm only 31 and trying to lower my blood pressure naturally and these seem to be helping
