This is a nice choice when you're wanting to eat fermented foods for gut health and do it deliciously. not to mention the texture. the crunch on the vegetables is superb along with flavor and freshness. I absolutely enjoy as a snack or a side dish to my meal.

Very good low-calorie snack, like a salad in a jar. Has lately become inconsistent. Used to have big chunks of cauliflower. Lately, not so much....but still good! Also, it takes a gorilla to open the lid! Had to buy a strap wrench set just to get it off. I guess this product is not for girls or girly men.

These aren't too crunchy, just crisp. There is no spiciness with this one, which I prefer. It pairs well with my Mediterranean diet, and is nice with dinners paired with kabobs or rice.

I like this as a low-calorie snack when I just feel like I need to much on something. I especially like the crunchy carrots and cauliflower. Some people left reviews that they received a spicy version. So far that hasn't been an issue, but to be honest I wouldn't mind a spicy version. So far I've not experienced any quality issues or concerns. Ignore some of the low reviews though. Those are from people abusing the system and using PRODUCT reviews to report STORE issues. Apparently, they don't understand the difference between a product review and customer support.

Great taste; brine is better than most as the vinegar is not as harsh than other brands. Lots of cauliflower (sometimes large pieces-how do they get those in the jar?) in most jars, but we both like it, so no problem there. Vegetables are still somewhat crisp and is eaten daily as a quick snack.

I just got a jar of mezzetta italian vegetables wanting to try them since i love there peppers and wasn't disappointed at all these are good.

We love this product!! However, I ordered two jars, which had to be shipped. One jar arrived fine, but the other jar's lid was loose and got vinegar all over the package. It wasn't broken. It was like some had opened and closed it again before packing.

I got this for my daughter and her husband, they love pickled everything and spicy. She said they threw it out, said it tasted really sour. Not sure if this is as to be expected, but won't buy again.

Smelled off when i opened it. Never had it before so i tried it. Tasted like it smelled. Definitely never purchasing this again.
