This is my go-to when I want a protein shake. Absolutely delicious, maybe a little bit sweet. The 32g of protein really gets me going. I usually have to buy whatever I can afford %26 this can be a little expensive, but no other shake works for me like these. A

Best flavor from one of the best (if not the best) brands in the business. Tastes great. Good texture, not gritty like a lot of others, which is usually my biggest complaint. Muscle Milk knows how to make a solid product that tastes good - give this chocolate one a try. It actually tastes like chocolate and not some watered-down nastiness. Highly recommend.

My doctor recommended I increase my protein intake to speed up my recovery after surgery. Looking at the many options available, I chose Muscle Milk because of the positive reviews it received and thta it had the highest protein amount available within my budget. The taste is actually quite good, too, for the Knockout Chocolate. I do reccomend this product for those looking to inctrease their protein intake,

The only drawback to this wonderful drink is that it can be expensive. I try to find it at a sales price, which isn't often, but the problem is this is my favorite. Loaded with protein and taste I have one almost every day for breakfast to give my day a good start.

I have this for breakfast when I don't have time to make my morning smoothie. It is very satisfying. I don't get hungry until later in the afternoon. Probably cuz it has high amount of protein.

Definitely not as good as the previous one muscle milk has dropped down not to mention the protein level is quite lower. It doesn't taste as good you gotta step up the gain muscle milk or you're gonna lose all of us 25 g of protein and 30 is nothing. The other one has 45. See what you can do throw in some vitamins in their minerals and then we have a Five star review.

These protein shakes are just okay. You can taste the protein powder type taste in them though and it is an acquires taste. I lift so I just chug through it but there are better options out there. I feel like I could just mix my own protein powder and get the same results.

Muscle Milk is the only product that uses milk protein without the Lactose. The others cause bloating and nausea due to lactose. The non-dairy proteins are mostly powdered peas which cause even more bloating than Lactose! Sadly, Gatorade has repackaged a great product and jacked the price up so high that it doesn't make sense to drink it on a regular basis.

At first I used this product to help add more protein to my diet, but more research lead to finding out this product is not the best, shoot, it aint even that good for us when the numbers come in. Plus, it has an odd, almost aftertaste to it that I quickly began to dislike and after consumption my body produces more phlegm whenever I would cough. Too weird and gross for me to continue purchasing. And to call it knockout chocolate is a joke! What chocolate??!

Absolutely horrible! Like a vaguely chocolate tasting calcium tablet. Somehow too sweet and not sweet enough at the same time? So artificially flavored. I put it in my coffee and was thankfully unable to really taste it, otherwise it would be inedible. I actually grimaced when I tasted it. Atkins and fairlife are the best, followed by great value a ways behind, and then 20,000 leagues behind that is this. Don't bother!
