Has a nice raspberry lemon taste, so that's something to consider when putting in tea. I prefer to use Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Honey, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Ginger or Yogi Blueberry Sage teas.

I have been mixing this into my last glass of water for the day that I drink while watching TV before going to bed. I've been having it every day for a few months now and I genuinely do feel like it helps me fall asleep AND stay asleep better. I have anxiety and it helps me relax at night. I like the taste as well and have repurchased it multiple times now. This is now a staple in my routine and I have no plans of changing that.

I really enjoy this product. I tried the raspberry lemonade flavor and it tastes really good. It does fizzle like a soda when mixing so make sure you use a decent cup. I drink it every night and it does help me fall asleep with no issues. I gave it four stars because for the price, the bottle is rather small.

I keep this handy to keep my Father-in-law moving, if you know what I mean. Tastes great! The only thing- don't take it before bed if you have reflux. It's pretty acidic.

I mixed it as directed a half hour before bed time and actually fell asleep without even knowing it. Slept soundly for 7 hours, contrary to some reviews, did not have the poopies. I buy this for my teenage son. He really seems to like it. He suffers from insomnia from time to time. Melatonin doesn’t seem to work, but this does the trick.

Great quality, great taste and quantity for the price. An excellent buy. It's good for your health and has that fruit taste everybody wants. If you need Magnesium Citrate powder, get this. You won't regret it.

I love the brand. But this form of Magnesium (citrate) was causing too much tummy trouble for my family, we had to switch to other forms (Mg glycinate chelate and Mg L-Threonate were both easier on our digestion). Also, head's up, it's a much smaller bottle than I've gotten before...not really worth the price at this size, considering the next size up is 1/3rd of the per-oz price. My mistake; I'll read more carefully next time.

It was $12.48 for only 4 ounces. That price is excessive for Magnesium which is a cheap mineral. Regarding the product itself, I have been using it for years. It is excellent. I use it for leg cramps.
