[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These nature's bounty garlic extract perles are easy to consume due to their size. There is a slight hint of garlic but it's really not that bad. Due to the perle shape you don't taste anything either. I'm not really sure what this is supposed to do but it didn't appear to impact me negatively so I'm cool with knowing this is good for my heart. Also 100 pills in a bottle means I don't have to keep remembering to buy this product which is nice.

I don’t like the fact that you have to take 4 at separate times during the day m. Can’t speak on the effectiveness as I haven’t noticed a difference yet.

After looking at the ingredients, I would not purchase these as these have gelatin and I do not eat foods or take supplements with gelatin in them. There was not a strong garlic scent and I assume it wouldn’t make your breath smell like garlic.
