I kept reading stuff about most people being low on magnesium and not knowing it. after starting this a few weeks ago I am noticing major differences. mainly in my sleep. I have always been a terrible sleeper, and with this stuff I have been sleeping great!! my mood has improved, my energy during the day is higher!

I consulted my doctor before I purchased this and then she told me how much I could take. So I highly recommend that you talk to your physician first, but for me, this has helped me sleep. She told me to take it about an hour before I wanted to go to sleep and so far knock on wood it has helped me to sleep.

I recently bought these because my doctor took me off my sleeping medicine that has been working for me for many many years. While I think this is a good product it doesn't work for me alone. I have added other supplements to this to be able to sleep at night and I still don't get a full night sleep. I'm not saying it won't work for other people. It has some good ingredients. You really just have to try it. I think this namebrand is good and I think if I hadn't been on sleep medicine, it probably would work for me.

I researched different brands. This obe was the best value.

i was having VE and SVE beats. I started out with magnesium oxide and along with a banana for potassium it cured my skipped beats, but your not suppose to stay on oxide long term. So i have now switched to this and still stable. But starting with this wasn't fast enough. Oxiide works faster. But now that i have good levels this one keeps me stable.

Magnesium Glycinate is used by me to help me sleep. When taken it does the job! Go right to sleep! Doesn’t have a flavor or leave a flavor when taking. Feel like it is easily digested. Will buy again! Pills are a little large so some people may want to break them in half. Otherwise great!

Great price on these magnesium vitamins. I take them before bed and they have been very beneficial to relax my muscles and joints. Sleep has improved a bit. Only downside is they are a bit large if you have challenges with taking pills or swallowing.

I bought these to hopefully, relieve leg cramps which, they did completely relieve after about two weeks of taking two capsules each evening. I have not had any stomach upset at all.

Oh my goodness, this is not the regular sized bottle that you’re expecting if you are a regular user of this product. Don’t expect a full sized bottle, this is a sample size bottle, or if you’re traveling and you forgot your bottle from home this one will tie you over until you get home from your trip.
