There's a reason I've always loved PanOxyl products. My dermatologist recommended this yearsss ago! It's very creamy and I suffer from hormonal cystic acne and have since purchased this again and when I say my face feels SO MUCH better! The acne cysts are decreasing and my face isn't itching anymore.

This is the only acne treatment that has actually been able to clear up my acne and keep it relatively clear for an extended period of time. I'm 25 and have struggled with acne since I was 19, have tried lots of different cleansers and moisturizers, retinol, salicylic acid, azelaic acid, etc all without seeing any results. I have not tried a retinoid for an extended period of time so I'm not sure how I would react to that, but I have wanted to avoid that anyway. My acne isn't cystic or super severe but it is ALWAYS present and in multiple places on my face, making it hard for me to leave the house without makeup. I started using the weaker formula from panoxyl several months ago without seeing results and switched to the stronger formula a few weeks later. Within a week or so my acne started clearing up. I didn't get my hopes up because this has happened before, only for it to get worse again. But this time it didn't. My skin has stayed relatively free of acne for the last few months. I do have a pimple here and there but they heal much quicker now and aren't as inflamed. I'm not sure if this product will ever be able to completely clear my skin because I'm just very prone to acne, but honestly at this point I'm just happy it's actually better. I'm not super embarrassed to be seen without makeup anymore.

Works really well on fungal acne! I got to see results in just 2 days of use. It just smells like your average acne cream. It's very easy to use: apply on wet face, massage cream on for 2 minutes, rinse, and pat dry with clean towel. Worth works really well on fungal acne it.

My wife has been using this for years and is very happy with her results. It's a great value and works better than the more pricey options. Watch out for getting it on colored fabrics since it will stain. She doesn't have any problem with it causing any skin irritation but she doesn't have sensitive skin either.

My dermatologist told me to use this for my melasma, along with something else. This soap made my face actually squeaky clean with the first use. Works great.

With a teenage son acne was bound to happen. We have tryed a ton of products over the last couple of years. We have not found anything that true worked. We have even tryed top name brand that you can't buy in retail stores. I happen to be in Walmart and saw this setting on the shelf I had never seen or heard of it. But I was being desperate to find something for my son. His acne wasn't the type that he would just have a break out everyone and a while or one or two pimples, unfortunately his was everyday and pretty much anywhere on his face. Even thou it was a little more then the rest I think it was around $12.00 for the tube. I bought it and had him start using it. Instead of easing his face I have him cover his face In a mask type manner and let it sit until it's dry. After the 1st time in could tell a difference it helped and cut down on how oily his face was after 3 days his face was almost 75% cleared up. When he keeps on this routine his face looks great and the acne clears up. But being a teenager he sometimes slacks off and then the acne comes back. But all in all we are very happy with it

I don't think it's working, but it does dry up the face. Using all products from them makes my face extremely sensitive and no real difference yet. In fact my skin might be getting worse.

I used to buy this product all the time. I stopped buying it for a year or so. I decided to purchase it again and notice the product recipe is very different. It is not nearly as strong as it used to be and it is watered down. I also noticed they give you less in the bottle but charge you more for it. How disappointed I am.
