I am a big fan of anything that makes my workspace more organized, and these Pen Gear Magnetic Dry Erase Markers are a total win. The built-in magnets are surprisingly strong—they stick right to the whiteboard (or the fridge) and stay put, so I’m not constantly hunting for a marker when I need to jot something down. The fine tip is perfect for writing clearly in smaller spaces, and the ink flow is smooth without being streaky. I also really love that each marker has its own little eraser on the cap; it’s so much more convenient than having to grab a separate rag or a big eraser for quick corrections. This 6-pack has a great variety of colors that are all nice and vibrant. If you use a whiteboard daily for work or home organization, these are a total "why didn't I get these sooner?" kind of purchase!
Time for the retired teachers and low key art people to get creative without the pressure of day to day rush….
Less expensive but equal quality to brand-name dry erase markers. The only down point is that they are somewhat more difficult to open, but function is fine.
Like these pens . They do swaer some. Like the size of the markers.
Markers are light-weight and the magnets are good and strong. Such a wide variety of colors (used to only having 4). Colors are bright and the eraser removes cleanly - no color watermark left behind. Yellow marker starts out strong but my experience is that most yellows fade in little time so that isn't unique to Pen+Gear products. Personally, I use them not just on white boards but on the bathroom mirror to write myself reminder notes. I will enjoy having many more colors to choose from. Bottom line: buy them, enjoy them and hang them on the 'fridge knowing you'll never have to worry about losing them in the back of a drawer. These markets are great for everyone that loves to write. Being able to open up the marker and it actually writes great is a major plus, nothing worse than a dried up marker. These markers write smooth and the colors are vibrate. The eraser part erases fast. Definitely recommended to teachers, moms, and everyone that will enjoy writing with markers like I do
My children and I loved these dry erase markers. They wrote smooth and were not streaky. It was convenient to have the eraser cap and magnet for white board.
Unfortunately, the markers are so faint that you can hardly see the writing. The purple is the darkest and easiest to read. Green is practically nonexistent. (See photo) The erasers and magnets work fine. No noticeable smell. I'd recommend sticking with the Expo brand. They might be a bit pricier, but the ink quality is worth it.
The magnets don't stick to steel. The magnets don't even stick to the markers. The adhesive doesn't adhere. The ink doesn't transfer a whiteboard well. I now have terrible markers all over the floor. Poor quality all around -- so terrible that it destroys trust of any otherPen Gear product.
I've never given a product a one star review, but that is what I feel this product deserves. As you see in the photo, the quality of the ink appears to depend on the color. My green marker essentially doesn't work at all. I wrote "2nd try" to demonstrate how these markers write after only writing "test." The word "erase" was written to demonstrate how the markers erase with the included eraser - some colors barely erase at all! Finally, the markers are difficult to hang on a flat surface with the tip down (to try and better saturated the tip with ink). The markers tend to rotate and hang with the point at the top (thereby pulling the ink from the tip). Overall, very dissatisfied. 😖
