It is a good graph paper, but lines are so pale they are hard to see.

this looks like a package that broke open and they put it back together and I've been wrong before but it looks more like 40 pages than 80

The ink on the page bleeds off and stains anything it touches. Penciling in some numbers, my hand was stained blue until I had scrubbed it with alcohol. My hands were bone dry. It is not high enough quality to write on, unless you wear an artist's glove. But now you need to clean your artist's glove, so the purpose of this beats me. It's cheap ink that was forced to set too quickly, likely without a binding agent, so it becomes more powdery and transfers over to your hand. Frankly, as someone who has spent way too much time in spreadsheets and graph paper (BA in Mathematics) I have literally never encountered worse paper. Thin paper that you have to be dainty about lest you pierce it rather than write is superior paper, as you can at least write on it without turning blue and spending several minutes scrubbing away. If your hands sweat at all, it'll be so much worse. It's not the thickest paper either. They say you get what you pay for, but all I see is a waste of ink and paper. For about a dollar more per 80 sheets I was able to get significantly higher quality paper from the Five Star brand, and I recommend that if you are getting these for kids or general use. If you want the really nice stuff, get Roaring Springs brand. It's pricier, but you're not going to get much nicer. Get a Kuru Toga mechanical pencil while you're at it.
