Best Fiber in a Pouch
I have been searching high and low for a pouch/snack that is packed with fiber for my 18 month old to help with her keep consistent on all things digestive. Prunes were my go-to but they really have barely any fiber. But this has FIVE grams of fiber, the most of any pouch and of any brand I have found. Toddler seems to like the flavor/texture so it's our go-to pouch. Plus you can't be it being organic and at a great price point. Knocks it out of the park compared to all the other "premium" brands out there who claim high fiber but only deliver 2-3 grams.
