great tasting pasta sauce, I prefer Prego over ragu. this sauce taste as close to authentic Italian as I can get I remember growing up we went over to my dad's friend's house, Lou Poochie and they made the best pasta sauce and this tastes pretty close to it.

I remember the first time I had Prego, and no my wife and I were not expecting. I could not believe that I had been eating Ragu with Italian sausage and ground beef meatballs with Italian seasoning added and it was still bland in comparison to the Prego, then add the homemade meatballs or just add the ground beef and pork sausage, or turkey sausage and lean ground beef.

I really love the Prego meat sauce!!!!! And I really like the Prego sauce with garlic and Italian sausage!!!!! My Mom used to make her own sauce whenever we ate the last of the sauce she made last almost once a month but of course as she got older it was down to just 4 or 5 times a year so when I wanted some macaroni with sauce, I had to find out the best sauce that came close to how she made it and the 2 kinds of Prego sauce came really close to how her sauce tasted!!!!! So I like to make it atleast twice a month now knowing she's gone, but her sauce I get to eat for 3 or 4 days every month!!!!!

The flavor and texture of this sauce is just right for my taste. The meat flavor is not over powering like it can be if you cook a lot of meat in with your sauce. It gives you just the right amount of meat flavor combined with the tomatoes and seasoning in the sauce.

Prego Italian Tomato Pasta Sauce, flavored with meat, has been one of my favorite pasta sauces from Prego. The quality has always been consistent and is perfect with spaghetti, lasagna or ziti. I often add ground beef or Italian sausage and Italian seasoning to the sauce to give it a little extra.

I don't know what to say about spaghetti sauce other than it's spaghetti sauce, and tastes good. I used to make my own, but as time goes by I have found that I like this one at least as well, and it's a lot easier!

I've tried many many Jared company but found Prego brand like homemade. I used to make my own all the time. But times change and families get smaller. I found Prego meat flavored to taste most like my homemade. Try it. You'll really like it!

I love the flavors of this brand. I don't like my sauce to be sour or tart tasting. Also I think it has multiple different flavors that I can mix or blend that works great.

Very happy with this sauce and have used it many times! I'm sure there are some better ones out there but for this money and the good taste would definitely recommend it with any pasta that you might be using it for!!

They mustve changed the recipe,because the taste isnt the same anymore....seems sweet like they added sweetener. Could be my tastebuds but my son said the same thing.
