I've been a t2d for 20 years and orange anything is my favorite flavor. As it happens, I also have ADHD, so I frequently get caught up in what I'm doing and forget to eat; I eat a more balanced diet with complex carbs and have great control over my a1c, but during periods when I'm stressed out and it affects my bg, these glucose tablets keep me from becoming dangerously hypoglycemia. They're lifesavers.
I use one pound of ground beef, one small can of diced tomatoes and a can of Diced Tomato and green chilies and an eight ounce can of tomato sauce. Works well for me.
I can't say how good since I keep it at my house for my son who is a diabetic!
it's like a big sweet tart for diabetics
works, i tried when i fell to a 59 , took one and it raised to a 101
I just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. i was told to get these and keep them on hand they work great. I had bought 2 bottles one to keep at home and one to keep in my purse.
Convenient ReliOn Glucose Tablets to be used when blood glucose readings are too low. By using these tablets, blood glucose is raised to an acceptable level. The bottle of 10 is small enough that they can be carried in my purse when I am away from home.

Tablets are functional and taste ok. They do their job. The other day I finished the last of my stocks and for the first time in two years placed a new order. The tamper clips were easy enough to remove... But...the container itself was *far* harder to get open than *any* child proof container than I've ever handled. When fully closed insanely hard to get enough "thumb access" to open. If I had been having a massive blood sugar crash I might well have died. Mercifully, I have transferred the tabs to other containers that I know I can handle in an emergency. At age 75 and after three strokes, this access problem is potentially a threat.
