This olive has a good introduction to the language of olive evaluation. This olive tastes good, and has a distinctive shape and color. **One of the 3 bottle caps was bumped resulting in a. leak in transit. Because it was a SAME DAY USPS delivery, I FELT NO NEED FOR A REFUND
This brand of Kalamata Olives was new to me - and WOW! Taste as good if not better than those refrigerated case in plastic or on the open bars to 'scoop and go' in other stores. Great for the salads, charcuterie board, snacks (be careful they are very addictive!).
I love olives of any sort but kalamatas are my favorite. the texture is yummy in the mouth. the bite it gives you to let you know what they are. I even love the color.
I tried these olives for the first time 2 weeks ago. I love Black olives and hoped these might be similar. They were Not. At first they were too tangy for me, but I tried them again and I fell in LOVE. Yummy and so happy I tried them again.
Great with cheese and crackers, add a glass of wine and some ham or turkey slices for a night you don't want to fool with making dinner and need to chill.
they were whole and firm a great value and good taste, i use them alot in cooking Italian dishes and cold pasta salads.. i highly recommend Santa Barbara olives...
I love this little jar of olives! It's just your basic good quality no frills Kalamata. Good for snacking, salads, or cooking. Generally I have to buy two jars at a time- one for my recipe and the other to snack on!
I am an ancient male --80 years old--who never learned to cook. Sprinkle these over a salad or add these to cream cheese on toast and voila --perfection
My initial purchase was defective so it was returned to the store. The return process easy considering the device was initially shipped. Another family member later purchased the same phone and it has worked out well for the elderly person it was purchased for. It was very similar to her previous phone destroyed during a thunderstorm.
Flavor wise they're fine, but there's no bite to them and they're too squishy. That might be personal preference but there was no bite or firmness. I used them in a chicken salad and they worked okay, but I wouldn't snack on them.
