The 2 pound jar is inexpensive and the perfect way to store leftovers. Glass doesn't absorb smell or flavors and does nor transfer a tinny taste to the sauerkraut. America's Test Kitchen recommends grocery shelf sauerkraut over refrigerated because it has fewer preservatives and better flavor.

A large size jar I use it on hotdogs and anything else that comes to mind. Taste great with a little seasoning I even heat it with a little chicken or beef broth I like to experiment because sauerkraut is one of my favorites

I make poor man pierogi every Christmas Eve and this saurkraut was the best I've found so far. We like the sourness of the saurkraut and this brand is perfect!

In my opinion, maybe because I grew up with Silver Floss, it is the best tasting sauerkraut on the market. It is a perfect combination with my kielbasa and potatoes. And another big plus, It still comes in glass jars (No Plastic).

Best you can buy in my opinion. It has a great taste, kind of maybe just a little milder than some, which I like. The texture is a little crunchy still, which I also like.

I love this jar, which stays fresh in the fridge for eons! I use it on everything from my hot dogs to my scrambled eggs, to my pork chops. It's just the perfect blend of seasonings and acts as a great filler if trying to cut calories.

I was buying this a lot and really liked the taste. Then I took a break from it, bought four jars again and it tasted terrible and the price went up. I don't buy it anymore.

Too salty! What's wrong with these companies and why do they have to overall everything this ruins their product as fermented cabbage has so many health benefits… Except for the sodium content! Why should I have to rinse these off, make a mess by squeezing the water out and then consume… no, I do not recommend
