I love this seasoning. it is perfect in pho, on eggs, in ramen and in eggroll marinade. umami is my new favorite thing. you get a good amount for the price point, im fine paying it. the flavor is fantastic, not too salty at all. great blend of flavors, robust. its great on rice too. probably great on mashed potatoes pork and salads. its my new go to seasoning.
I like this so much I'm on my second order. It goes with all my homemade ramen soups so well. Great over noodles too, just seems to add something special. I don't find it too salty, but salt is always the last thing I add to my food, and I usually don't need it by then. I just wish the bottle was a little bigger.
Umami seasoning is probably the best all purpose seasoning out there! It is great in gravies, on protein, even in rice! This seasoning has become my go to for everything!!!!
This makes everything taste good! I've used it on eggs and white rice thus far and I'm going to use it in homemade ramen soup. The bottle is small and the price is high but the flavor is great!
New favorite seasoning. Super tasty and use on a lot!! Love this on celery (wash it %26 leave a little wet so it sticks ), popcorn (yes, chef!), soups, chicken, love it
One of my favorite additions to my spice rack, I love this flavor combo so much! A perfectly salty, umami flavor that I add to anything from a packet of ramen to a salad! It's delicious.
I make a lot of Asian foods, esp Oriental %26 Middle Eastern foods %26 this creation is an awesome addition! Has that Umami flavour %26 there are many times I just use this for my main seasoning %26 use no sauce. It is nice that it doesn't have the huge amount of sodium, but be a bit careful as anything measured in 1/2 or 1 tsp can be a bit deceptive when you add it up. I make homemade ramen using this brand's ramen noodles that are not instant noodles, which are horrible for your health %26 don't really digest but it's nice to have a more healthy like version. I wish they would make more seasonings with this lower sodium.
Well, now, let me tell you about this *Umami Ramen Japanese Style Seasoning*, which I had the distinct pleasure of encountering on one of those evenings when a person's appetite can only be quenched by something both hearty and mysterious. I must admit, my taste buds, those poor neglected souls, had never before been graced with such an elegant and robust concoction as my Ramen consumption is of the cheap and plentiful variety. A dash of this seasoning, and a humble bowl of ramen is transformed into a feast. You could be sitting at the kitchen table in your old socks, and still, you'd feel like you were dining in the grandest noodle shop you could imagine (if you lived in a place with noodle shops). So, if you fancy a little adventure for your taste buds, I say give this *Umami Ramen Japanese Style Seasoning* a try.
The combination of spices in this seasoning mix is great. I had some ramen bowls I purchased that were bland and this umami seasoning saved my lunch. The only issue is that I had to use more than I expected (although my bowl was flavorless before using it).
when describing this this gem this kitchen gem of cabinets when scribing it I want you all to know that I thought long and hard about it cuz it's not just salt I think they took the egg rolls that I reviewed grinded them up put a little salt on them and let them sit out for about a week to give you that just almost moldy but not moldy flavor when what is this stuff who does this who makes a spice it taste like almost mold and cause it ramen I'm sorry it's freaking horrible Don't buy it don't waste your time pour it on your feet if they if they get swollen and hope for the best I'll bet this stuff makes your toenails turn clean it eats the fungus...
