I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes back in late 2022. Dr. wanted to start me on metformin. I decided to try a better diet and a cinnamon supplement. My A1C went down from 7.8 to 6.2 ! I have been taking the cinnamon for a while and im happy with it. I take 2 capsules daily with food. Each capsule has 1000mg of cinnamon with chromium that are easy to swallow. Cinnamon and chromium help with metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Is working well for me.

Love the capsules you have to take 2, but when u swallow them you do taste cinnamon flavor but it isnt a bad taste.
