I wasn’t really feeling myself for a good while. I was feeling like crap. But I was taking these until I ran out and it definitely made a difference my overall how I was feeling. Vitamin D is very important for your body. It can make a huge difference on if you’re feeling healthier or not.

I really like that these are capsules. My body doesn't do well with hard pill form Multi Vitamins. Gummies are ok, but their missing Iron and one other important vitamin, that U end up having to buy separately.

I started using this Vitamin D 3 5,000 IU daily after my doctor told me to because my vitamin D was very low. I take one a day every day and i can feel the difference. I have more energy again. I like these because they are really small and easy to swallow and they don't taste like anything so they are easy to get down. I have tried other brands but this one is the best for me and the price is great too! I will definitely continue to use these daily.

Easy to swallow, works very well for me in combination with vitamin C make me feel good, all day I take it in the morning with my coffee, and a Walmart mini all butter mini croissant . This works for me and I recommend that you talk to your doctor if you have other medications it’s always safe to talk to your physician before you add a new vitamin.

My physician prescribed vitamin D because my lab results showed I was deficient. I began taking these with a starter dose as prescribed, then one a day since. This is our first bottle. Dr. said because of our homocystine (sp?) levels, he recommends getting a good brand with no fillers. Vitamin stores also have D3 with K. I may try that next. Don't notice a change in energy but we haven't been taking it long. Hubby and I took D3 with C, 5000 units, for years. Don't know why we stopped. I did try gummies once. Hope our numbers of homocystines get back to normal, then we'll know if it is working. This D3 is small enough for an easy swallow.

I always buy this vitamin D3 and I’ve never had an issue. Until, my most recent purchase. When I opened this bottle it had a horrible smell like a dead animal. It was disgusting! Walmart did refund my money. However, I wondered what would cause this, and has anyone else had this issue before? It doesn’t expire for another year or so. I’m concerned to replace with this brand again after this. I didn’t want to give it any stars on this review, but it’s required.
