I find most prenatal vitamins make me feel nauseous, even when taken with food, these didnt make me feel that way at all. I was also able to bring my iron levels up with just these.

Amazing

katherine October 22, 2025

Took these while I was pregnant. Decided to go back to taking them even though I had my last baby 4 years ago because my hair needed some help. My hair is now thriving after being on these for just a month!! My nails grow like crazy too!

Great prenatal vitamins. These do not bother my stomach when I take them. They are coated very well. I have noticed a big difference in my skin, hair, and overall energy when I take them. I recommend them.

These will grow Wonders!

Lee July 3, 2025

I use these vitamins, because of the side effect that I noticed many years ago. They increase my rate of hair growth. If I stop taking them, then my growth rate slows to a snails pace. I begin taking them again and we're of to the races!

Great Prenatal at a Great Price

Haley April 9, 2026

I’ve been taking the Spring Valley Prenatal Multivitamin for several months now, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. I was looking for something affordable but still reliable, and this one has been a great option. First, I love the value for the price. Compared to other prenatal vitamins, this is one of the most budget-friendly options I’ve found at Walmart, and it still includes important nutrients like folic acid, iron, vitamin D, and several other essential vitamins and minerals that are important during pregnancy and postpartum. The size and format are also a plus. I’ve tried both the tablets and gummies, and both are easy enough to take daily. The tablets are a bit larger, but still manageable with food, and the gummies are a nice alternative if I’m feeling a little sensitive. I’ve also had a pretty good experience with tolerance. Some prenatal vitamins can upset my stomach, but this one has been gentle as long as I take it with a meal. I haven’t noticed any strong aftertaste or discomfort, which makes it easier to stay consistent. Another thing I appreciate is that it provides a simple once-daily routine, which makes it easy to remember. I don’t have to juggle multiple supplements, which is really helpful during a busy or tiring pregnancy schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend this prenatal vitamin to anyone looking for a basic, affordable, and reliable option. It may not be a high-end or specialty brand, but it covers the essential nutrients and gets the job done without breaking the budget. I would continue using it and feel comfortable recommending it to other expecting or new moms.

No nausea

Kristin February 1, 2026

Only good things to say. I took this prenatal for 3 months before trying to conceive and I saw the benefits in my hair and nail growth. Now I'm pregnant and have never had an upset stomach while taking this like people claim other prenatals do.

Best Prenatal!

Sissy February 14, 2026

My ob/gyn %26 primary both told me I need to take folic acid, preferably a prenatal vitamin. Really, every woman that's pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant in the next few years, postpartum, or even just in childbearing years, should be taking a good prenatal vitamin with a good dose of folic acid, especially if you have PCOS, endometriosis, or any other female health issues! When I compared ALL the different prenatal vitamins, this one had the most of each vitamin %26 was just the all-around best! It actually has more folic acid (by far) than any other prenatal or individual folic acid supplement! I highly recommend these!

Affordable prenatals! I'm in my mid 30s so I take two of these once a day to maintain my energy.

these don't made my stomach upset at all. I'm able to eat drink and be merry without much fear of what I can eat after. I have had issues in the past with others

Did not work for me

Sher September 18, 2025

I havr used many products from this brand so I was use to them, but my body did not like these. After starting 1 of the 3 bottles I purchased, I started to notice that I was always tired. I was always ready to sleep, which is the opposite of what I was hoping for when I started taking them. There was no taste and I ended up discontinuing my use.
