Excellent buy!! Powerful supplement with health benefits you can feel and see in just days!! A much less messy means to take daily shilajit dose compared to my jars of black shilajit resin. I've grown to enjoy the distinct taste of my "black gold" esp mixed in green tea w/ honey. Yet I appreciate the convenience of capsules too.
