Good price and reliable brand of supplements. It's the only company I found that gives this item in the hundred milligram dose. This is good for someone "new to ginseng". its 7%, but for 10 dollars there are items with 50mg ginsenosides per capsule so you arent truly getting the full value. good for if youre in a pinch and run out or again..new to it.
