Have bought this in the past, trying to eat better and work on my health, so I have been using targeted supplements to get myself "Built up". In the last 10 months I have been able to lose about 65 Lbs partially due to not having as many "Food cravings" and I am counting the supplements as partially the cause of this, as well as eating better (shopping from the outside edge of the store, lots more raw fruits and veggies).

Works and great price
I've been using this Ginseng for many months now , i really think it helps with fatigue and overall mood and energy .I don't get another vitamins do i believe it's this Ginseng .No side effects so far.

Great product! Reasonably priced!
As an avid backpacker/hiker who trains 6 days a week, I need energy! Ha, ha. I take one of these ginsengs 2-3 times a week. It really helps me with my workouts and with getting chores done. I have to take it very early, as it works for many hours. Great product! Reasonably priced!

The 7mg of ginsenosides per capsule is comparable to or even greater than that of many more expensive brands. These are just as effective as the ones costing $20 or more, making them a great value for the price.

Spring Valley a Brand to Trust
I bought this as it was recommended for women's health. I've always liked Spring Valley supplements and I want vegetarian - duh - its a plant so I don't want other additives. I'm actually not sure if I am going to continue with them as I already have to take many supplements. If I don't notice reasonable effects, I will not continue them. But, as I said, I like Spring Valley and will give it a months try. No changes noticeable after a couple days.

This is good for someone "new to ginseng". its 7%, but for 10 dollars there are items with 50mg ginsenosides per capsule so you arent truly getting the full value. good for if youre in a pinch and run out or again..new to it.
