This supplement is reasonable, I only take one pill a day, no allergic reaction, and it works!!!

I've had gout attacks in my hands for a few years now. I cant believe how wells this stuff works! This saved me a doctor visit and a co-pay! Allopurinol is what doc usually prescribes but it usually gives me some nausea. I took 2 of these, dranks lot of water and already felt a difference! I suggest to keep taking at least 1 a day for some time to make sure that the uric acid flushes out. I skipped 1 day and then I felt the flare up but went right back to taking it again and swelling went down again. The joints in my fingers feel amazing! I'm still in disbelief!

I absolutely love Spring Valley's Tart Cherry because it aids in my nighttime sleep regimen. Melatonin itself wasn't working even after I increased the dose. I added this with the melatonin and felt a different calming effect. At times, I don't need the melatonin and just take the Tart Cherry when I need to calm down.

I cannot believe how big of a difference this product has made in my life. I have suffered from gout flare ups most of my life usually one a month or so. I first used this to relieve a gout attack and within one day it was gone. I now take every day to avoid gout flares and after 6 months still not a single flare. Every once in a while if I start feeling that gout pressure or tingle I take one extra just to be sure.

10/13/25. I am 70 yrs old, and sometimes have inflammation. The tart cherry really helps, plus a great antioxidant, and melatonin for a restful sleep. Thumbs up Spring Valley for a great product and Walmart for selling it.

I bought for insomnia. it didn't work for me took several and it didn't realky help. i feel like it needs to be stronger. I will try tart cherry juice instead. I did see many people report good results for gout and arthritis. Its worth a try, easy returns if it doesn't help.
