No need to go to diners, drive—ins or burger stands. This pastrami is full of flavor, 2 ways to cook (microwave or stove top) both easy. You can fill your french roll with as little or as much pastrami as you desire. Add your fixings and there is no need to ever order out again. Trust me.

This is delicious! I do go through and trim a bit of fat, mostly because I have a sight impaired older person in the house. Heat a packet of McCormack Au Jus and grab the Freshness Guaranteed Bakery Sub rolls and you have, in our case, 4 delicious, 1/2 French dip sandwiches, or 2 regular size. So good.. better than restaurant!

This is much better than i expected. The product is not pink as shown on label, its more well done. However its tender and flavorful. It's thin cut but not shaved. We used it for french dip sandwiches. If you can't get 50% power on your microwave, you can heat by dropping it into the saucepan with the hot dip or gravy for a minute. Not need to boil, its precooked, drop in and serve.

I make a sub sandwich with this roast beef (heated) with provolone cheese, garlic pepper sauerkraut and romaine lettuce with a little Italian dressing and it's delicious! It's also good with whatever toppings you like to add! I also made a roast beef(heated) and cheese sandwich to dip in gravy! It's good anyway you fix it! There's a lot of roast beef in this package and it made 5 large sandwiches for me!

This roast beef is so good! It's even better when you heat it up your in microwave! The only downside I can think of is that it always disappears so fast, LOL

This roast beef, fully cooked is absolutely great! You have the choice of hot or cold. Either way it makes for a quick %26 easy sandwich, lunch or snack. Very enjoyable.

Like a lot of people my age, I was raised on Oscar Mayer lunch meats (and hot dogs), thinking it had the best quality but that isn't is good as it used to be and the cost isn't as fair as it was back in the '60s. It is a challenge for me, as with anyone who prepares dinners, day in and day out, to come up with dinner ideas, for me and my 2 grown children. They are both in their 40s, meaning they can't eat like they are 19-20 anymore. This roast beef was quick to heat up in the microwave, toss it on some hamburger buns or onto a tortilla, fix a salad (or cut up some fresh veggies), and maybe some fresh fruit and dinner is served. One package was enough for the 3 of us and there would have been enough left over to make one more sandwich, either for dinner or the next day for lunch, if my daughter hadn't liked it so much that she made a second sandwich. I will be buying it again! Usually what is inside the package is less appetizing than what is on the front, but StoneRidge Ranch really was as good as it looked. I think I will try making some hot roast beef sandwiches next time!

I think what I was most disappointed in was the lack of flavor. I love me some good road beef for sandwiches or just ripping off the package as I grab something out of the fridge. I have also bought the "sliced off the bone" and it is so much tastier. But back to this one. I guess if you don't mind well cooked roast beef that has little seasonings this is for you. Me, won't be buying it again.
