Good Golly Good Gumbo!
Three boxes shipped free for a low price! There is nothing like homemade roux, but this is the next best thing. Plus it is one of the few gumbo mixes that does not contain the rice. Rice in the gumbo absorbs the water and makes gumbo mush. Rice should be placed in the bowl and then the gumbo should be ladled over it for each serving.
