This is a good quality magnesium supplement that does it's job wonderfully. It has helped me with many of my symptoms caused by having a deficiency in magnesium. I add it to a drink which helps with the unpleasant taste. This is the first liquid magnesium I have tried and I think I like it much better than capsule or tablet form since it's more potent. I will definitely be buying this brand and formula from now on.

Trace your Progress
I have been using Trace Magnesium in ionic form for over four years in my morning beverages. It has given me such constant digestion regularity. It also helps with my osteopenia. I wouldn't stop taking it for anything except possibly a medical procedure if necessary.

Too Intense for me, but may deserve 5 stars
I'm giving it three stars however it may deserve five stars for the following reason: I cannot speak honestly regarding the actual quality of this product because I can't get past the taste of it. It's so intensely strong that even taking a drop at a time, putting it in fruit juice, etc. I'm still unable to take it; and is very nauseating for me. However, In all fairness to those that may know to expect this in a potent formula, it very well may be a 5 star exceptional product.

Absolutely horrible! And it stings your tongue! I wasn't expecting that at all. I'm hoping for a refund. This isn't tolerable at all.
