Ashwagandha is From Waganda !!!!!
I've taken the herb form and powder form, and now the gummies I believe that they all work the same; however, it does make you so relaxed that you are in a major chill mode, and if you want to work out, maybe you shouldn't take these before maybe after a workout as a cool down and stress reliever. overall, only take it when you need stress relief.

Not so positive about this one...
...their nutritional value is higher than Goli but, texture is some what firm for a chewable and doesn't taste good like Goli. I probably won't be using this brand again.
