I have not read iron is good for this but I've had a 75% reduction in my purpura skin condition. As people age they get thin skin that bruises easily. My forearms are usually covered in horrible bruises! Since starting the iron supplement this has decreased greatly. I did also have a low hemoglobin level and it's normal now.

Trying this brand because it is cheaper than what I previously purchased. My body absorbs iron better with vitamin C. I take one tablet a day with food. Will buy again. My iron levels are remaining higher than iron supplement alone.

When taking iron supplement you need to incude Vitamin C. This includes the Vitamin C with the iron. no artificial color dye. the Vitamin C potentiates the iron . GOOD STUFF. !!! BETTER THAN BUYING another bottle of vitamin C. Can't wait to get blood tested.

while they are easier and less expensive than buying separately I am not sure there is enough vitamin c to help with digestion. Iron supplements require vitamin c to digestion and absorb into the blood stream properly which if the dosage for each is correct should not cause constipation. Which this formula does cause constipation.

i received the item a Month after they said they delivered, infact today it was in the mail box, and the plastic seal was removed and the paper over the opening was open, but since it is a month late getting to me, I'm not able to get my money back so I threw it away.

I did not like this product. Hard to swallow and has an awful taste. I guess it's iron taste but I don't want to taste it.

The pills are quite large with iron taste, but oh well. I only took it for 2, 3 days and I couldn't stop urinating, couldn't sleep because of that. When my bladder started to hurt, I realized that it's these pills. Also, I had a weird taste in my mouth with dryness continuously. Once I discontinued these pills, things went back to normal in two days.
