Taste and Work Great
I rely like these gummies, they taste great and they really help my cognitive function and help to regulate my mood. I was so happy to find a 5-HTP gummy because I struggle to swallow pills. These are on my regular daily rotation.

Taste is good but I would suggest starting at a lower dosage so likely just one gummy and go from there. Does help bring about a more positive mood.

5 HTP
I am using this replacing a 5 HTP that no longer is available. Thsi more than makes up for it. Good taste and seems to be working just as well. If you can smile during perimenopause it must be working lol! Would recommend.

Did not like taste
I purchased this as I have used a product similar to this with good results but from a different manufacturer. The taste was off for me, maybe because it is sugar free. Because of the taste issue, I cannot attest to the efficacy of this product.
