B1
Well I'm getting ready to order probably about six bottles of the B1 again. In case you don't know it B1 is good for nightmares. Alcohol, drugs, medicine, etc depletes B1. Caffeine will do it also. B1 is a good thing to have around.

Convenience and Value
It is so convenient to have this supplement at a higher dose than usual. My husband needs a super dose of vitamin b1 for a special therapy for Parkinson's patients. Also, it's quite affordable.

I use this to protect my kidneys when I consume protein, sugar, or caffeine. It has saved me from proteinuria more than once. It's a godsend.
