(3 pack) Waverly Inspirations 100% Cotton Muslin Fabric, Natural, 2 Yard Precut, 44 in Wide

I love this neutral color for the backing on some projects I work on. I use them on placemats, adult bibs and zippered pouches. it does shrink so you need to pre-wash the fabric prior to cutting. I find it shrinks about 1 1/2 inches after washing.

I've always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Waverly fabrics available at Walmart, especially given their reasonable price point. This muslin is no exception. It's really lovely--light, soft, with nice flow and drape (especially after washing--and it doesn't fray too badly, either). I used it to line the bodices of a couple of light summer dresses, and it works great! It feels good against the skin, is easy to sew and work with, and breathes very well.

This Waverly muslin fabric is exactly what I wanted to make fingertip towels. The weight is perfect and the 2 yards will give me about 20 towels. I plan to embroider a border design along the bottom edge, so muslin is a good fabric for that. The price for the amount of fabric was also very good. If the delivery driver hadn't been an idiot and left the fabric in my mailbox (seriously, don't do that if you're not USPS) this would've been a perfect purchase. At least the delivery was quick (received same day as ordered).

Great price. This cotton fabric is the perfect weight and color for various crafting and sewing projects including dying and embroidery. It's a great staple item, one I will reach for often. I'll be ordering this item again, no doubt.

great for many uses. I recently made curtains from this and will make a tier for each side out of a print material. have crafted many smaller things from this same kind of material.

The fabric is very good quality and lightweight with a slight texture to it. the color was what i was looking for. i did not expect it to be as close to the picture. the fabric can be jsed in a variety of projects.

This works for the purpose I purchased it for. But I wish that it was not in pre-cut packages because I prefer to buy the amount of fabric I want and not have to buy a preset cut amount. This does seem to be a decent quality fabric for the money. Be sure to wash it before you do anything with it for shrinkage.

It was thinner then I expected. When I was in the store they had a heavier version of Muslin Fabric on a bolt I would purchase that the next time for this particular project. This one held up well. I used it to make a rice pack heating pad. I am pleased with the results. No leaks, no thread unraveling. It was a very good product. I just prefer a little stronger fabric for the project. However, if I wasn't using it for the microwave and rice and instead for a lining fabric in a tote or pouch or some other project, it would be perfect and I would give it 5 stars!!

I miss being able to purchase fabric by the yard. I often have to purchase more than I need since it all comes in one yard packages or fat quarters. For this purchase, I only needed ********* yards but had to buy 2 one yard packages.

Super Thin Muslin! This muslin is so thin! It's actually the thinnest of this type fabric that I have ever purchased! I won't buy again! Used to be much thicker and now extremely cheap quality.
