If you have a crab boil the right way, you already know this is a staple to have. Love this stuff. We do an annual crab boil every Year. We use the whole thing, making 20lbs of crab and 10 pounds of shrimp.

We use it like seasoned salt and sprinkle it on all types of food like soup, boiled peanuts, anything in the crock pot, Ramon noodles ETC ETC. Of course we also boil shrimp/crawfish with it.

This little Zataran's kit makes cooking a seafood boil quick, easy, and delicious. I like how you can customize the flavor of the boil and add in whatever you'd like! We did shrimp, crawfish, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Tasted like we bought it at a restaurant!

When I think of bag seafood I think I was expecting I can actually put my seafood inside the bag not a bag of seasoning? The flavor was ok I think it could have been better for sure. Maybe a buttery coloring or even a sauce would be significantly better. I'm thinking along the lines of popular seafood brands like boiling crab! Overall I would purchase again and make it differently now that I know the flavor profile!

There were three jars in the box I ordered one jar the lid was busted. The seal was busted, and there was crab powder all inside the box. It was a hot mess.
