This spray gel has always worked for my nose when it itches or when I'm so stopped up I cannot breath! usually one dose works but there are those times 2 or 3 doses are needed, very seldom though. The smallest amount is needed, more at a time isn't better. I have used this product for at least 5 yrs..

I have year-round allergies to trees, mold, pollen, dust mites. Zicam allergy spray works. No congestion, I can breathe, and no concerns about effects of nasal steroids (which I used for years %26 stopped b/c of negative symptoms that developed). I have tried several popular allergy medications %26 their generic versions but they all make me sleepy, including those that say they will not make you sleepy, regardless of when I have taken them (taking at night did not rid me of the sleepy feeling the next day) and even when I reduce the dosage to half. I was happy to learn about Zicam for allergies %26 happy that it works.

This spray is Very Good it works great. All Zicam products I buy is the best for colds and allergies.

I've used it for the last 7 years and have found it very effective, without the side effects of other drugs. You do need to anticipate the start of allergy season and start using it a few days before to get full effect.

You have to really closely follow the directions on the label because initially you are not supposed to completely inhale it like other products. Maybe this is a misinterpretation, however, as a CPap user I do value that it controls my night time allergies.
