Batteries are the exact replacement. My old batteries still worked, but would loose their charge while in use on a long conversation. So many times when I call a company, I have to push so many options, Language and many other questions using their automated systems that take a long time before being able to choosing the correct option. Then there is a wait to get a live person that will ask the same questions again from their automated systems. Need a strong battery as the customer could be on the phone waiting to speak to someone sometimes over an hour. Every company can have a different procedure, chat is good unless the company you are calling is the internet provider and your internet is down. My old batteries are over 10 years old and thought it was best to buy new batteries for my home system. I don't like giving out my cell %23 because of so much spam and solicitors. My answering machine works well in those situations.

these batteries are better than the original brand that came wiyh my wireless phone system. they stay charged longer and e recharge quicker. i recommend.

The batteries came fully charged. Fairly easily replaced the old ones. The only hitch was that the wires between the battery, and the plug are slightly longer that the originals, and required bending them so that the back cover would close. I've only had them 6 days, but I've used each of my three phones for two days without having to recharge them, and they still had a charge when I did place them on a charger. Sure is a whole lot cheaper than having to replace a whole phone set. I haven't had them long , but so far I am very satisfied with the quality and price.

I have had this phone for years, thought I would need a new one -- But, no, Walmart actually had batteries that fit my home phone -works like brand new. If these batteries last as long as the last, the phone will out live me.

My phones were like they're like 20 years old or more. And my battery just weren't lasting any time on all three of them. And I was shocked when I looked at Walmart and they had the three batteries that fit my phone for $12. I put them in my phone and I'm very happy and now I can keep them another 20 years if I want to thank you

These batteries are a perfect fit for my Vtech home phone. The price was very good and they arrived quickly.

Everything went well except I think the delivery time for this item was a little too long. Something so small and packaged so secure should be mailed within a week.

We still have cordless landline phones in our home. When we needed new batteries for our V-Techs , Walmart had them at a great price and super fast shipping they were here in no time.

I have 3 phones that I was given (cordless) that all decided to run low on the battery at the same time. This was the perfect package deal and the price was reasonable.

Very difficult to put the cover back on the AT%26T phone. Was going to return it but tried one more time and finally got it on. Still have two to install. Will not buy this brand again.
