These things really work

The item description claims the stimulator is rechargeable and comes with 15 gel patches. The item I received is not rechargeable, and I didn't receive the gel patches. The instructions are minimal, but it's simple, though painful, to figure out. That being said, the item does work. I use mode 2 (mode 1 is like a high-setting tens and hurts like heck on medium intensity) and crank it up as high as I can stand it. I can see the muscles move when stimulated. The pads hold pretty well on all body parts except for the hamstrings, where I had difficulty keeping them on while moving around. I plan to use an ace bandage wrap to hold the pads in place. I'm a fat woman, so I wonder about the effectiveness of the stimulator on my abs. Does the current reach the muscle through the fat? I'll keep using it. At least I can watch the fat jiggle. I've writen a note to the seller in regards to the item not being rechargeable and the missing gel patches. I'll edit my review if I hear back from them.

I really can't say for a few weeks. The pulse isn't that strong. But for the money I guess you get what you pay for. I still have to see if it works any. Takes a while to figure out the controls, because you can not see them when on.

The product works, but it doesn't work well. The pads barely stick; you end up having to hold them in place. The actual workout you get from it is barely anything. You would have more luck doing two sit-ups or a single push-up than using this.
