i loved the color, thought the shell would be harder cuz Southwest always ruins my bag. Hated that there were no instruction about the combination lock on the side. what are they actually supposed to be doing? How does it help? oh well.

Set is beautiful, bright color will be easy to spot on carousel. But the set just looked flimsy! I check with other people and found that this type of ABS plastic easily cracks when tossed around by baggage handlers. I decided I should get a more substantial set.

These suitcases came quickly which was great. Unfortunately, the middle size suitcase (24 inch) shows corner damage after first flight. It appears to be compromised and it looks terrible. I included pictures of the corner and side. I watched luggage on the belt and mine looked the worst which makes me feel this luggage is not as tough as others. I will be contacting Walmart and the manufacturer. I don't feel comfortable checking it in on another flight. The corner may break all the way through.

First time using the large case and the zipper separated from the seam.
