Was looking for steps for my truck,so I purchased these steps.They look great and fit perfect.I have had 4 surgery's in the last 14 months 2 on my ankles and 2 on my shoulder and they have made my life a lot easier getting in and out of my truck.I diffentley would buy from this company again,I got exactly what they said I would. They are diffently rock solid and looks great.Thanks real truck for a great product!

2016 Dodge Ram Crew Cab Big Horn 1500 The installation illustrations on the instruction with my product were difficult to see, lacked contrast, too dark. Had a difficult time distinguishing the clear plastic retaining washers. Tip: Before installing the bolt and nut plates, I put the clear plastic retainer about half way on to the bolt. This allowed me to be able to hold on to the bolt tip and not risk dropping the bolt plate in to the frame during installation.

Fairly easy installation dispute vague instructions. Proper instalation does require air operated impact driver. Unfortunatly, Poor packaging resulted in two dents in the product. Great product, but it should be packaged better for safe shipment. Be sure to inspect for damage upon arrival.

These nerfs are great, they fit my truck like orginial equement from the factory theylook great, they also make the truck 110percent easyer tob get intothe only reason they did not get a 5 out of 5 was my error to make sure they came out a bit futher from the door ledge I got the 3 " bars I should have got the 5" bars for what I needed at the time they are very strong and look great there is nothing I would say to put theser nerfs down just an fyi get the size you know you will need.

Received the order in a box that was severely damaged from Federal Express. Upon opening, both bars had dents in them. I don't know who was responsible for the damage and I re-boxed them and called customer service who were friendly and seemed interested in resolving the issue and making things right. Sent them pictures of the damage for their review. Made a follow up call to Truck World customer service about 8 or 9 days ago. The rep told me they have everything from me and were sending a new pair out that day. I have yet to see them.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
