Great looking, well built side steps. The front longer mounting bolts that were sent would not thread into my 2011 Chevy Silverado (wrong bolt, too small). However; the existing ones were still long enough to thread up into the frame solid. Everything else matched up pretty well and the finish product is rock solid.

this was an excellent company to deal with. they were extremely helpful in locating the part and there super speedy shipping allowed me to beat a deadline that my boss had set.. All in all they probably saved my job. I rate them as "The Best online Truck Store you will ever deal with". Real Truck had the Nerf Bars that could not be found locally. They were just what we had been looking for, the price was better than expected, the communication concerning the order and shipping times were all excellent. Real Truck is the place to due business with and we plan on doing so again !

Fairly easy installation dispute vague instructions. Proper instalation does require air operated impact driver. Unfortunatly, Poor packaging resulted in two dents in the product. Great product, but it should be packaged better for safe shipment. Be sure to inspect for damage upon arrival.

Easy install, look good, functional at a fraction of the price of some other models. The plastic caps weren't perfectly formed and I'm uncertain about how long these will last in the snow/salt of winter. If they hold up for 2-3 years without rusting too badly that's OK by me. Much better looking than the factory side rails in any case.

Received the order in a box that was severely damaged from Federal Express. Upon opening, both bars had dents in them. I don't know who was responsible for the damage and I re-boxed them and called customer service who were friendly and seemed interested in resolving the issue and making things right. Sent them pictures of the damage for their review. Made a follow up call to Truck World customer service about 8 or 9 days ago. The rep told me they have everything from me and were sending a new pair out that day. I have yet to see them.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
