I love this couch! The first thing I love about this couch is how easy it was to put together. The next thing I love, it's so comfortable. The material is very soft. The color was a little darker than I thought it would have been, but that doesn't take away from the appearance of it. It's still a great couch/recliner. I love that the center back can fold down and that there is a pull out drawer. There isn't anything I hate about it. I feel it was worth every penny.
This sofa is just what we wanted - easy to assemble and so comfortable. We love the foot rests and the pull down section for our drinks and snacks .

Seller was very nice and worked out issues I had with the couch.
putting it together wasnt the easiest but now that thats over with its comfortable and nice.
Chair was delivered as expected. All parts were there. There were some issues about measurements. They were in constant communication about how to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the issue was satisfactorily resolved.
No one has shown up to put it together… please refund my money on the handyman…
For a couch you have to assemble yourself, this was not cheap. when I got it put together, the pull handle on one side didn't work, the charger cables were so weak my phone gave me slow charge warnings, the drawer still doesn't close all the way and the foot of the left recliner knocks it open every time you recline. Customer support was a joke. In a foreign language, they requested pictures and video of the problems but never gave me a way to send it to them. I gave up dealing with them. I found and fixed the pull cord myself and replaced the charging cables and boxes myself. The drawer still doesn't completely close and the foot still knocks it open. The couch itself is comfortable but the problems and the customer service at this price make me feel as though I've been robbed. I will make it a point not to buy from this seller again.
