I don't have a diagnosis of carpal tunnel, but I suspect I may have it. I have a lot of wrist pain which I assume was caused by using my laptop, mouse, phone, and iPad. These gloves give me a good amount of relief. I had left the righthand one at my son's house and was so sad. Then I realized that I could turn the left-hand one inside out and use it on my right hand! So glad I thought of this! I alternate using the glove with a wrist band so that I don't get too accustomed to either one. I like that my fingers are free so that I can still use all the devices that led to the pain in the first place. Insert eyes rolling.

I ordered these gloves to help my hands so I can do my crochet projects, and had thought I ordered a second pair the same size for a friend but I got my size Large and some how got a small pair, I feel very sure I had ordered 2 pair size Large but maybe got the small pair by mistake. I don't know anyone with that small of hands that can wear the small gloves.
