I highly recommend this luggage. I was totally surprised of how much of my things fit in this luggage. I wish I would've bought more.. I put three carry-ons luggage items into this one unit. It might take time to practice rolling it, but once you get used to, it is easy to maneuver!

It is hard to maneuver this bag around the airport. the bag holds a lot but once it is slightly full it starts toppling over. There are wheels that don't seem like they can hold a lot of weight. The bag is very roomy. but there is no easy way to get anything out of it. it's not a bad bag but it isn't designed to travel. It would be great for moving. Or unless you take all your stuff out when you are on vacation. I constantly had to dig through to find anything

I like the bag, but it was too big for what I needed it for. I was so excited to find that it can really go flat. So next time I go on my cruise, I will probably use it because it can carry a lot of things in it

I opened the package and was happy with the design except the top seam was ripped out . There was no instructions to return it . I guess I can try to sew it together and try to not jar it too much but I would rather send it back for an exchange. Fine design but the quality control is crap, all in all I can live with it but not recommended

The design of this bag is pretty good. It has exterior pockets, wheels and handles. The quality of the material is poor. The bag ripped in multiple places with less than 35lbs of books and clothes in it. I would not trust this bag to go through airport luggage.

Wheels are weak link. Flew US to Amsterdam OK. On return home 2 wheels were lost and a third came off but was on baggage carrousel. Material had hole rubbed through and a cut in side (loaded only with clothes). Examination of the wheel on belt showed the locking tab was broken so I think the design was too weak. Company was quick to respond and promised a refund, not seen yet but it has only been a few days.

Ordered this for my son who is in the military. He used it once and before he even got to base with it the bottom was cracked. The wheels don't roll for beans and it wasn't even loaded down. They wheels couldn't even roll over minor floor transitions. The only thing that this suitcase has going for it is the color and space, but since it cracked on the first use, it's junk.

I'm baffled by all the positive reviews. After taking this suitcase to Milwaukee and back, here is my advice: make your own suitcase out of toilet paper and duct tape. You know those wheels on the bottom of your plastic storage bin drawers from college? Snag those and stick them on the bottom. Now you've got a higher quality suitcase at a fraction of the cost. You're welcome.

I was really impressed by this bag until I used it. Both sides ripped at the seams. It wasn't even opened all the way up to its full size. I was flying internationally and wasn't sure that I would have any clothes when I arrived at my destination. Thank goodness the airlines put tape all around the sides and top to bottom of the bag or who knows whether or not it would have made it.

Might as well be sold as a disposable bag absolute rubbish the bottom platform broke on the two I ordered the zippers didn't stay shut it can't stand on it's own when loaded the material tore very easily a big disappointment
