[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a bundle package for our kitchen remodel. Fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and range hood. The multifunction microwave clears our counter space of a toaster and air fryer. Clean install and looks great. Works as expected

It does it all and it is so convenient when we freeze a lot of food living on a farm when you're not sure when you're going to eat. I use the reheat, fryer and defrost on a regular basis. I absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works fine, but frankly, I liked the one we installed in 2018 better (which died). I preferred the larger internal dimensions. I wish they still had a handle instead of pushing a button to open. I do like that the turntable is gone. The audio feedback cues are kind of funky. Finally, the time display is too small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It required a new level of learning in order to learn how to use this but it's nice. I would have liked to have a recipe book to learn how to use the air fryer part of the microwave. A handle on the door would have been a nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my house renovated with upgraded electrical. This microwave frequently trips the circuit. I plugged it into a different socket on a different circuit, and it tripped it again. Also, there is no turntable and I find that I have to heat my items much longer than I had to with my 25 year old sharp 1200 watt microwave. The toasting feature takes way too long to toast two slices of bread. I haven't used the airfryer yet but I am not optimistic. It's a gorgeous microwave with a beautiful display but I would not buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new microwave malfunctioned and couldn't be repaired. Second new microwave died within a week. Love the look and features of this model. The problem may be installation instructions that say it is only recommended that the microwave is on a separate circuit. It is not required. Our electrician verified that the circuit is fine but it also powers the range. At our cost we we will have a separate line installed for the microwave after Whirlpool delivers a third microwave. At this moment we are scheduled for another service call and are waiting to see how Whirlpool handles this issue.

I would love a manual that actually explains each function or maybe some videos that show all of its capabilities. I would not recommend this product mainly bc of the limited access to information on how to use it.

This thing does everything and none of them well. The controls are also completely illogical and confusing. A frozen burrito that takes 1 1/2 minutes in every microwave on earth takes 4 minutes in this thing. KitchenAid quality has gone down the tubes and they are WAY overpriced.
